This interior painting project took place in a spacious 2,500 square-foot home located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood of Longmont, Colorado. The house featured three bedrooms, a laundry room, kitchen, living room, family room, stairwell, entry hall, and a full bathroom. Every wall and ceiling in the home received a fresh, professionally applied coat of paint. Because the house was empty, we had the opportunity to spray and back-roll every surface for a smooth, consistent finish that’s difficult to achieve otherwise.

We completed the entire project in just four days, keeping a tight schedule without cutting corners. This job fell within the $6,000–$8,000 range, a fair price for the level of precision, scope, and customization the homeowners requested—including 14 different interior paint colors carefully selected and applied across the space. The job required strategic masking and sequencing, particularly because the walls and ceilings were painted in different sheens. Ceilings were painted first, then masked off so the walls could be completed cleanly and crisply.

The clients—a husband and wife—had just relocated from the East Coast and were settling into their first home together. With a purchase price in the $850,000–$950,000 range, this was a major milestone for them.
