Concrete Floor Coatings

A bare concrete slab absorbs oil, salt and whatever else the Colorado winter carries in on your tires. A coating turns it into a surface you can wipe down.

We grind the slab first so the coating bonds mechanically to the concrete instead of sitting on top of it.

What is included

Mechanical grinding

Diamond grinding opens the surface of the slab. This is the difference between a coating that stays down and one that peels off in sheets.

Crack and pit repair

Damage in the slab is filled before coating, so the finished floor reads flat.

Decorative flake

Flake broadcast into the coating hides dust and adds grip, and it is the finish most garages end up choosing.

Garages, basements and patios

The same system works across the spaces that take the most abuse in a Colorado home.
