After 25 years of painting, the thing I keep coming back to is how much the relationship matters through the whole process. A repaint is disruptive. People are letting a crew into their house. How that goes matters as much as the finish does.

I started Elements Painting because I wanted to build something of my own, not be another crew leader inside a corporate franchise. Painting is one of the few ways a homeowner can genuinely change how a house feels without spending on a full remodel, and I knew I could deliver quality in a trade that is full of shortcuts and shysters. That is still the reason we are here.

I am a painter, not just a sales guy or a face for the company. I write the estimate, I buy the paint directly, and I am the one walking your property on the final inspection. My crews are in-house, and my three lead painters have more than 25 years with the company between them, combined. That is deliberate. Paint quality is a habit, and habits form when the same people do the work together, year after year.

When we are painting your home, we are not just painting your home. We are working on a reflection of your home, your sanctuary, the place you are building your life in. That is why I take the time to listen, curate the estimate around what you actually asked for, and then stand behind the finished job with a 5-year limited warranty on craftsmanship. If we are going to do the job, we do it right the first time.
