Exterior Painting
An exterior repaint is protection first and looks second. On the Front Range the sun and the freeze-thaw cycle are what pull a finish apart, and both of them punish shortcuts in prep.
We wash the surfaces, scrape and sand loose paint, caulk the gaps, and prime before a topcoat goes on. Our clean-up leaves the property better than we found it.
What is included
Full surface prep
Wash, scrape, sand and caulk. This is the part that decides whether the finish is still tight in five years.
Siding, trim and fascia
Body color, trim color and the details that frame them, coated to handle sun exposure and weather.
Doors and shutters
The pieces people see from the street get finished properly rather than brushed over in place.
Seasonal scheduling
Exterior work is scheduled for mild weather so the coating cures the way the manufacturer intended.
